Helmut started his career as a carpenter. After extensive experience in the construction industry, he knew he could have more input over the quality, workmanship and materials used if he started his own construction company. That was the motivation and the beginning of Helmut Weber Construction Company over 23 years ago.

Helmut traditionally built in St. Charles and St. Louis Counties, with a heavy focus in the Lake St. Louis area over the past several years. Just recently he has expanded to include the desirable, up and coming yet affordable, Troy area, which is beginning its second phase.

Helmut's company demands a certain level of quality on every one of his homes and hopes you will be able to feel and see that as you tour his displays and jobsites. His main goal is to insure your needs and ideas are not only met but exceeded. It is not unusual to see him on site, helping to maintain a high level of quality control. As a quality conscious builder, he demands many of the industries higher standards, up-scale features and top notch craftsmanship. Helmut thought these qualities were important in his drive to build homes that he is proud to put his name on, and that his buyers are proud to call home.
